With Usta, the vision was to bring the best of kebabs from across the world, use superior quality meat and spices, and provide top notch restaurant experience. Within four months, we became a top rated restaurant on Google. How did we do it? Just by offering reaallyy gooood food!

We don’t overthink it, we just start with what’s good. Our menu follows the seasons because ingredients taste best when they are meant to. When the weather changes, so does what’s on the plate.
We talk to our suppliers, see what’s looking great that season, and build from there. The same goes for our meat, we pick cuts that are in their prime, from people who care as much about quality as we do.
